Seeds - Rocket arugula
Green, peppery leaves generally added to salads. Flowers are edible. May be eaten raw or cooked. If raw, harvest when small, or let it grow to a larger size to wilt into any dish such as risotto, pasta, stir fry or saute. This is our go to Winter rocket - absolutely delicious.
